Preliminary Determination in SMP Assessment Released
URCA today published its Preliminary Determination on “The Assessment of Significant Market Power in the Electronic Communications Sector in The Bahamas under Section 39(1) of The Communications Act, 2009”, URCA document reference ECS 10/2014.
The Preliminary Determination presents URCA’s preliminary views on the competitive conditions of key retail markets in The Bahamas: fixed voice services, broadband services, business connectivity services (i.e. national and international data circuits), and Pay TV services.
